Protect & prepFloors and the path out get covered, and the work area gets sectioned off. You handle utility shut-offs (or ask us).
Tear-outControlled, selective removal, with debris bagged or carried out as we go.
Haul & recycleMetal, clean wood and cardboard separated where possible, and the rest hauled to the proper facility.
Broom-clean finishSwept and cleared so the next trade can start.

Light Demo questions
Do you handle asbestos or lead paint?
No. We don’t perform abatement. Older materials may need testing by a licensed professional before demo starts. Ask us and we’ll help you plan the order.
Do I need a permit?
That depends on the job and your city or county. Ask us about your project. We’ll tell you what we’ve seen, but the property owner or general contractor is responsible for permits.
Do you disconnect plumbing and electrical?
Please have a licensed plumber or electrician make utilities safe before we arrive, or ask us how to coordinate it.
