Our process

How we do it

Water-loss jobs usually involve several people: the homeowner, a restoration or drying company, an insurance adjuster and eventually a rebuild contractor. We handle the tear-out and haul-off so the others can do their part. We work in Tyvek suits, respirators and gloves and follow the scope you or your restoration contractor set. We don’t do water extraction, structural drying or mold remediation, and we don’t claim restoration certifications.

  1. Call & assessCall or text photos. We confirm the scope with you or your restoration contractor and give you a free estimate.
  2. Suit up & protectProtective gear on, and floors and the path out covered.
  3. Tear-outWet drywall, insulation, flooring and cabinets removed to the agreed scope.
  4. Bag & haulDebris bagged at the source and hauled the same visit where possible.
  5. Broom-clean handoffSpace left open and swept, ready for drying equipment or the rebuild.

FAQ

Restoration questions

How soon can you start after a water loss?

Call or text as soon as it’s safe to enter, and we’ll give you our earliest opening. Wet materials get worse with time.

Do you work with my insurance or restoration company?

We’re glad to work alongside your restoration contractor and your insurance process: following their scope, documenting with photos and coordinating schedules. Ask us about your claim.

Do you do drying, mold remediation or rebuilds?

No. Our part is the tear-out, debris removal and clean-up. Drying, remediation and reconstruction should be handled by the appropriate specialists.
